About the Event
What is my song creation process? Why is one process different to another? Is my process limiting my own creativity or fueling it?
This HideOut workshop will holistically explore your songwriting process. We will investigate your creative process, analysing it through discussion and a hands on song creation challenge with other musicians. You will end the session with a new understanding of your creative methods, as well as a fresh track made with other artists throughout the session.
Launch discount of 25% on this workshop if you use the code: 'IMHIDINGOUT' at checkout before December 15th.
Our unique workshops are a different take on education, specially designed to deep-dive into the techniques and processes behind your world. We aim to create a safe, structured learning space for you, challenging your creative process with new perspectives and ideas. All this happens in a friendly atmosphere of creative people just like you.
This 3 hour session kicks off with networking, flowing into group conversations where we'll be discussing and challenging your go to song-creation process. We will then take segments of these conversations to form the structure of a collaborative songwriting challenge with other musicians present.
It is open to all artists, however, it will include hands on songwriting elements and is therefore only recommended for musicians with base level experience in music creation and collaboration.
- Functional camera and microphone
- Your tool/s to song-create (such as a laptop or instrument)
- You're up for a challenge!
